Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required for most services and is applied to your remaining balance. Knotless braid styles require a $50 non-refundable deposit. Deposits are only refundable if inconvenience occurs on my end. Please come with your hair blown out and detangled. Additional fees apply for excessive detangling or blow-drying. Style changes must be made at least 1 week before your appointment. Style changes made at the appointment will result in a 30% fee based on the original style price. If you need to reschedule, please notify at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-call/no-shows result in loss of deposit and may restrict future bookings.
